I am putting in a factory sub in the evo but I am using a non factory head unit for my blue tooth phone and ipod (Clarion).

I am looking for a very small amp to run the sub. I am not looking for it to be loud just a little more bass.
I have an old Orion amp now that I can mount under the seat but I am sure there is something smaller out there.

do you not have the factory sub amp? you can go low level (rca)into it.

or you can get a 5 channel amp to run everything, which will give you more headroom and a cleaner sound. I can get you a good deal on an alpine or audison.

Danny this sub did not come in the MR, only ssl optioned cars.
So I do not have the factory amp and its not suppose to be very good anyway.

I don't want to rewire the stock system as the clarion head unit does pretty good with the stock speakers.
The orion mono amp I have is small but I wanted to see if there where any newer style smaller amps avalable.
