...so I put my car back together this sunday and I've been able to put 30-40 miles on it with the new setup.

******With that said, I'd like to thank Mike Knott for all of his help. Without his expertise and patience I'd be way further behind with this project.******

The quartermaster twin disc with metallic clutch discs is going to take some time getting used to...in traffic, around town...etc...but it allows the car to shift incredibly well. The downsides include more noise and squeaking/squeeling, chatter on deceleration, some vibration etc.

Overall though...it allows for better shifting which is what I wanted. Shep recommended going with a 2g slave cylinder (or isuzu) for more pedal travel which is something I may also consider.

The trans is also excellent and shifts great. As posted before, its a shep stage 3.

If you guys have any questions about the clutch let me know. I've yet to launch the car (probably won't ever launch it...) and I've yet to drive it hard but so far everything is great.

I'm finally happy with the car for the first time in a long time.

i ordered somewere else too for some other stuff now that you say that, when they changed their website there prices went up. Its been awhile, maybe it was like mitsubishiparts.net Ft Myers Mitsu doesnt do the 10% over in a long time. My dad works in Ft Myers for a transmission place right across the street and I think gets em for like 15% over cost or something.
